What Our Classes Are Really Like

Let’s clear something up: our group exercise sessions aren’t about pushing yourself to exhaustion or twisting into impossible shapes.

They’re calm, focused classes that gently build strength, improve control, and teach your body how to move better.

Each person starts with a one-on-one assessment, so we understand your body, your history, and your goals. Then we tailor your exercises so they’re just right for where you’re at right now.

You won’t be left behind.
You won’t be made to do something that doesn’t feel right.
And you won’t be compared to anyone else in the room.


“But I Can’t Even Touch My Toes…”

That’s okay! You don’t need to.

Flexibility and fitness aren’t requirements—they’re things that develop because of consistent, guided movement.
